Treemaster LLC | Corning, NY

$25–$35/hour DOE | Relocation Assistance Available

Treemaster is a growing, TCIA Accredited tree care company serving Northern Pennsylvania and the Southern Tier of New York. We’re looking for the right arborist to help us continue building our New York operation.

This is more than a production position. We’re looking for an experienced, intuitive, self-sufficient arborist who can lead a small crew, solve problems in the field, and help with the day-to-day logistics and operations of our Corning location.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a small tree care crew safely and efficiently

Perform and oversee pruning, removals, climbing and aerial-lift operations

Help coordinate equipment, job logistics and daily production

Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Help maintain the high arboricultural standards Treemaster is known for

This position is based in Corning, NY. Our main location is in Wellsboro, PA, approximately 50 minutes away, and occasional travel to Wellsboro will be needed for company training, meetings and field work.

For the right person, this position has significant room to grow. Depending on your strengths and interests, future opportunities could include operations management, sales/consulting, or Plant Health Care.

Treemaster is an arborist-focused company. We care about doing tree work correctly, investing in our people, and advancing professional arboriculture. Our Plant Health Care program is growing rapidly, creating opportunities beyond traditional pruning and removal work.

What We’re Looking For:

ISA Certified Arborist strongly preferred

Strong climbing and/or aerial-lift experience

Crew leadership experience

Good judgment and the ability to work independently

Someone who notices what needs done and takes ownership of it

Valid driver's license; CDL a plus

Pay & Benefits:

$25–$35/hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Relocation assistance available for the right candidate

50% employer-paid medical, dental and vision after 90 days

401(k) with 4% company match

5 days PTO first year; 10 days beginning second year

Paid major holidays

Company-provided PPE

Boot allowance

Paid training and continuing education

Support for industry certifications and professional development

We’re always interested in meeting talented arborists who care about their craft, take ownership of their work, and want room to grow. If that sounds like you, we’d like to talk.
