New York State Arborists Annual Conference

The Annual Conference draws arborists and tree service professionals to network with colleagues, learn from industry experts on industry trends and issues and talk with vendors. 

The New York State Arborists Annual Conference is an educational conference for the arborist community which offers diverse topics, exclusive time to explore innovative products/services, and plenty of time to talk and share your experiences with other arboriculture professionals from across the state.  

Pre-Conference Seminar: Certified Arborists Review Class
Saturday, January 29, 2022, 12:00 - 5:00 pm

Glenn D. Gentzke, BCMA, RCA and President of Tree Services of WNY, LLC is holding a Certified Arborist Review Class on Saturday, January 29, 2022, prior to our ISA CA Examination on Sunday, January 30th. The class would run from 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm. It is open to both people taking the ISA Exam the following day and for people who wish to take it in the future.

Glenn will present a review of representative test questions from the following topics: Tree Anatomy, Tree Physiology, Abiotic Disorders, Biotic Disorders, General Diagnosis, Identification Principles, North American Common Genera, Tree Selection, Fertilization, Lightning Protection Systems, Tree Support Systems, Early Care, Planting, Pest Management Techniques, Plant Health Basics, Plant Health & Pest Control Practices, Principles of Pruning, Pruning Practices & Standards, Tree Risk Assessment, Trees & Construction, Soils, Trees & Water, Climbing, and Rigging.

This class will be held in the Washington Boardroom at the Crowne Plaza, Suffern, NY, and is limited to 20 participants. REGISTER HERE.
